Our History
When Highline Storage opened in 2016, we wanted to change the face of self-storage in the Des Moines Metro area. No more gate curfews, limited office hours, fumbling with keypads, outdated security, or neglected facilities that left customers uneasy or upset. Instead, we invested in technology that provides 24/7 access, protection, and convenience for our customers. These innovations include a smartphone app that allows for hand-free gate access and secure storage units for your peace of mind.
We serve the communities of the Des Moines Metro Area, including West Des Moines, North Des Moines, Ankeny, Polk City, Johnston, Berwick, Norwoodville, Saylorville, Marquisville, Altoona, and Bondurant.
Our facility is locally owned and operated—allowing us to build a neighborly bond with the communities we serve.
